What are the Showroom Hours?
Our showroom is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. and Thursday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Where are you located?
1137 High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT

Do you do insurance appraisals?
Yes, we do. Our appraisals start at $100. Prices for multiple items are fair and competitive. All items will be color photographed for identification on a one to one scale scanner.

I have jewelry I would like to sell. Do you purchase jewelry?
Yes we do. In fact, we get most of what we bid on so we know our prices are fair. We have been buying gold, diamonds, gems, watches and jewelry for almost 30 years. It is a large part of what we do. Items brought in for us to buy are photographed for identification for our protection and yours. We price them overnight for purchase or consignment as appropriate. We call the next day with prices. There is no charge in most cases for this service.

Do you carry watch batteries?
Yes, we replace watch batteries, but not while customers wait. All watch batteries will be available for pick-up by 10:00 am the next business day. The cost is from $10 and up.

Do you repair watches?
Yes, we repair most watches. We have Master Watch Makers, one of which was a former head of Tourneau watch repair, one high grade and antique specialist for Pattek, Rolex, Vacheren. Estimates will be provided on all watch repairs before anywork begins.

Do you repair jewelry?
Our Master Jewelers have over 100 years of experience between them. They perform all levels of jewelry repair from chain soldering to one of a kind hand made jewelry making.

We offer many services seldom found these days including; Antique jewelry repair using old world hand fabrication and setting techniques as well as the replacement and repair of old cut diamonds and colored stones.

Broken diamonds and scratched colored stones are restored by our skilled craftsmen.

We are well versed in modern technology as well. Our laser services offer repairs to gold and silver without removing delicate stones or damaging delicate enamel.

We are very proud of our watch repair department as well. One of our watch makers is the former head of Tourneau watch service. We specialize in high grade watch repair such as Pattek Phillipe, Rolex, Vacheron, Breget as well as antique restoration.

We also handle daily simple repairs.
